Vivalife
Our most sustainable fabrics
Ter Molst highly values our planet, and #ACTs accordingly. Our Vivalife collection, for example, is made from 100% upcycled waste material. Read on to know more about these sustainable performance fabrics.
Harmolan PP
After years of research and development, we have created Harmolan PP. Made from upcycled oil residue, the yarn for this fabric is produced entirely in-house in our vertically integrated production plant in Belgium. Without water, chemicals and with very little energy. In other words, these fabrics have an extremely low carbon footprint. On top of this, Vivalife fabrics can be recycled up to 10 times. With the lifespan of a sofa being around ten years, this means a lifetime of Vivalife.
Saving water, saving the planet
All Vivalife collections save an incredible amount of water compared to a polyester fabric. The following numbers were calculated keeping in mind that a sofa generally needs 10 meters of fabric.
Made to live in
Apart from being sustainable, Vivalife fabrics are very durable. Without adding any chemicals to the fabric, the qualities have a high color fastness and are inherently easy to clean. No need to worry about spilled drinks or dirty shoes. A simple damp cleaning cloth will take care of the stain in no time. Hassle-free.
Safe for everyone
We care about the health of both our factory workers and our customers. That's why we don't use any harmful PFC chemicals in the production of these fabrics. We guarantee they are safe for the planet and its people, including the most vulnerable of us, such as children.
